    On Wednesday, April 25, new ICOTS enhancements will be launched. The National Office will provide a brief Q & A session to DCA’s, Administrators, and Compact Staff (Users with a Supervisor or PO role will be denied) for these enhancements on Monday, April 23 at 10:00am ET and Tuesday, April 24 at 2:00pm ET.   Visit the ICAOS WebEx Training Center site to sign up.

    The focus of the training will be to explain the technical functionality of the new ‘tolling’ feature available to sending state users who manage/change the ‘supervision end date.’
