    DCAs and Compact Staff:

    On Monday, June 17 the last of the FY2019 ICOTS enhancements will be launched in ICOTS. This enhancement consists of a new process for returning offenders to the sending state via reporting instructions. The National Office will provide a brief Q & A session to DCAs, Administrators, and Compact Staff (users with a Supervisor or PO role will be denied) for these enhancements on Monday, June 17 at 10:00am ET and on Tuesday, June 18 at 2:00pm ET.
