Mary Kay Hudson is the Executive Director of Court Services for the Indiana Judicial Center, an agency of the Indiana Supreme Court. Her responsibilities include implementing statewide judicial initiatives in problem solving court legislation, rules, policy, education and certification. Ms. Hudson is a governor’s appointee to the Commission for a Drug Free Indiana and serves as co-chair of the Consortium of State Drug Court Coordinators. Ms. Hudson obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and Biology and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Indiana University.

Mac Pevey began his career with the Washington State Department of Corrections in June 1999 as a community corrections officer and has climbed the ranks, serving as a community corrections supervisor, field administrator for section 4-Pierce County, and as a regional administrator.

Pevey also serves as an adjunct professor of criminal justice at Seattle University (since 2004) and has sat on the Criminal Justice Advisory Committee since its inception.

Pevey has his Bachelor of Criminal Justice from Seattle University and his Masters of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Washington State University. Additionally, he is a graduate of the National Institute of Corrections' Executive Excellence Program in 2015. He is the 2013 recipient of the Secretary's Leadership Award.

Gary Roberge is the Executive Director for the State of Connecticut – Judicial Branch’s Court Support Services Division as well as the Commissioner of Interstate Compact for Connecticut. He has over 29 years of criminal justice experience within the Branch. Prior to obtaining supervisory and managerial positions, his career began with the Office of the Chief Bail Commissioner as a line officer providing direct service to the courts.

Mr. Roberge received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Eastern Connecticut State University and Master of Public Administration Degree from the University of Hartford. He is also an adjunct professor in the Central Connecticut State University Criminology Department.

Jeremiah Stromberg is currently serving as the Assistant Director of Community Corrections for the Oregon Department of Corrections. This role includes oversight of the community corrections grant in aid funding; development of statewide legislation, policies, and rules that govern community corrections; jail inspections; program evaluations; liaison between the Counties of Oregon and the Department of Corrections; and Interstate Compact.


Stromberg served on the Oregon Board of Parole & Post-Prison Supervision from 2009–2012, first as the Executive Director before being appointed by Governor John Kitzhaber as a member of the Board. From 1997–2009, he worked for Multnomah County Department of Community Justice in Portland, Oregon in a variety of roles including: Lead of the Juvenile Sex Offender Treatment Unit within the Juvenile Detention Center; Manager of the Adult Secure Residential Treatment Program; Manager of the START Drug Court; Manager of the Parole and Probation Domestic Violence Unit, and Manager of the Local Control Supervision Unit.

 

In 2016, Stromberg was elected Vice Chair of the Interstate Commission for Adult Offender Supervision and in 2018 was elected as the Commission’s Chair. He is also a former Chair of the Commission’s Compliance Committee.
